Your application data and documents are handled through a secure portal and only available to authorized review users.
Authenticated portal
All applicant pages live behind authenticated routes. Documents are not publicly accessible.
Encryption in transit
The portal is served over HTTPS with modern TLS configurations.
Versioned data room
Documents are versioned. Replacing a file keeps the prior version for audit.
Audit trail
State changes, document events, and reviewer actions are recorded for traceability.
Access controls
Only members of the Finance Acquisition review team can access applicant data, and only on a need-to-know basis.
