Data we collect
We collect company and project information you provide through the application wizard, supporting documents you upload, and operational metadata (login times, IP addresses) needed to operate the portal securely.
How we use it
Data is used to assess finance readiness, coordinate review, and produce the readiness report. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Who can see it
Only authorized review users within Finance Acquisition can access your application data and documents.
Retention
Application data and documents are retained while your account is active and for the period required to support audit and regulatory obligations.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data via the contact page. Signed-in applicants can also download a full copy of their data as JSON from Account settings → Privacy & your data.
Cookies & tracking
The portal uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the service is being used. We group cookies into three categories and let you control them via the banner on first visit or the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of any page.
- Essential
- Sign-in, session, and security cookies (including CSRF tokens). Required for the portal to function. These cannot be disabled — without them you can't stay logged in or submit forms safely.
- Functional
- Preferences like language, timezone, and filter selections so the portal remembers your setup between visits. Optional — you can disable these and the portal still works, you just re-set choices each session.
- Analytics
- Anonymous usage statistics so we can see which parts of the portal need work. No personal data is shared with third parties. Optional and off by default.
We record each consent decision (timestamp, choice, IP, user-agent, page) so that we can demonstrate compliance if asked — this audit row is itself stored under the Essential category.
You can change your choices any time using the Cookie preferences link at the bottom-left of the page. Choices apply across the public site and the applicant portal.
